Posada Yum Kin is committed to having the property in complete order for our Guests and properly attending to your needs throughout your stay.
Check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is before 11:00.
Posada Yum Kin is responsible for the staff salaries. Gratuities may be offered for maid service, breakfast service, etc. and are at the sole discretion of the Guest. In case the Guest needs additional services, i.e. a babysitter, laundry, etc. please ask the Guest Services Representative for assistance. The Guest will be responsible for this additional cost and payment.
Posada Yum Kin does not allow pets.
We greatly appreciate Guests not smoking in the rooms and solarium area.
Additional guests of more than the listed occupancy rates (see http://www.pyktulum.com/accommodations/our-suites-at-a-glance/) will be charged a $10 per person per night fee. A pull-out bed per room is available upon request (fee may apply).
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
We do not accept credit cards.
The Guest will deposit 50% of the total rental amount in US dollars at the time the reservation is confirmed in Paypal, otherwise the dates will not be reserved. The remaining (50%) will be due upon arrival except during Christmas & NY Season, in which case, the balance will be due no later than three weeks before the Guest’s arrival. If the remaining 50% has not arrived by this time, this will be considered as a full cancellation. We accept Pay Pal (where you can use a credit card even if you do not have an account), USD or MXN at the day’s current rate of exchange as forms of payment for the owed balance upon check-in.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
Reservation changes requested less than 7 days prior to check-in are subject to payment in full for confirmed reservation total.
Cancellations of reservations more than 7 days prior to check-in will be charged 25% of confirmed reservation total.
In case that the Client needs to change or postpone the dates or reduce the number of nights of stay of his/her reservation, the unused portion of the reservation will be credited to the Client for his/her use within the next twelve months following the date of cancellation, subject to the availability of Posada Yum Kin.
At Christmas, New Year’s and Holy Week, if the Client cancels for, or during this period any deposits and payments will not be reimbursed.
LIMITED LIABILITY:
Posada Yum Kin is not responsible, and will assume no fault or cost associated with:
Any complaint, damage, expenditure or any other financial loss, either related to a person or property that has been the result of a wound, accident, death, delay, alteration of dates or inconvenience, by any cause, including problems related to delays or cancellation of airlines, or due to inclement weather.
Posada Yum Kin is not responsible for the well being of any children who stay at Posada Yum Kin with respect to any accident or other occurrence that may happen to them in the swimming pool and throughout the hotel premises. Parents and guardians of said children are solely responsible for their safety and well-being.
Posada Yum Kin is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may happen to guests in the swimming pool.
Posada Yum Kin is not responsible for any damage caused by any natural disasters including, but not limited to, tremors, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and landslides.
In case Guests require laundry services, they must specify to the Staff the proper care of any delicate garments. Posada Yum Kin is not responsible for any damage to the Guests’ wardrobe.
Reservations are accepted only through the phone numbers/emails listed on this website and Booking.com. Posada Yum Kin is NOT liable for reservations placed by any other automated online agencies claiming to represent Posada Yum Kin. Reputable travel agents and agencies will make reservations directly through the hotel.
